JDC

Amplifying the dire need for humanitarian relief in the Former Soviet Union.

The American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (JDC), a relief organization that provides aid to Jewish populations around the globe, looked to MHCG to help raise funds to support the world’s poorest Jews, who without JDC would be living on just $2 per day.

For 25 years, JDC had operated the largest-scale Jewish humanitarian effort in the former Soviet Union since WWII — bringing vital relief to the poorest Jewish seniors in the world by providing food, medicine, medical care, homecare, rent subsidies, and winter relief to temper the brutal cold. MHCG partnered with JDC to reinvigorate public awareness for the cause and engage large scale donation for the FSU initiative across media channels.

Our work with JDC also includes initiatives for Camp Szarvas and the Global Innovation Center in Jerusalem, Israel.
