Raynor Gaming is a direct-to-consumer Esports seating company, and the official gaming chair partner of the NBA 2K League. Raynor tapped MHCG to create custom chair designs for the exclusive NBA 2K partnership, for all 21 teams in the league: 76ers GC, Blazer5 Gaming, Bucks Gaming, Cavs Legion GC, Celtics Crossover Gaming, Grizz Gaming, Hawks Talon GC, Heat Check Gaming, Jazz Gaming, Kings Guard Gaming, Knicks Gaming, Lakers Gaming, Magic Gaming, Mavs Gaming, Nets GC, Pacers Gaming, Pistons GT, Raptors Uprising GC, T-Wolves Gaming, Warriors Gaming Squad, and Wizards District Gaming.
MHCG created NBA 2K product design concepts, leveraging urban streetwear themes, racing stripes, branded logo patterns, and more, with key high-touch details to establish the chairs as coveted collectors items. MHCG also devised a direct-to-consumer ecommerce rollout strategy with a custom league-driven website shopping experience and sponsored social media to generate hype around the collaboration. We worked with Raynor to showcase the NBA 2K League partnership and solidify its status as the official chair of Esports with a custom booth design for E3 — a premier trade event for the video game industry which drew a crowd of over 66,000 in 2019 alone.
In 2019, MHCG worked with Raynor Gaming to promote brand awareness through a suite of ads at the NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs. We have also worked closely with Raynor Gaming on presentations for leading retailers and consumer packaging.
