Polaris is an integrated system of elite sub-acute care facilities throughout Missouri state. MHCG was approached by its capital management company to strategically rebrand the portfolio of 18+ facilities. Initially the facilities worked under various brand names, each with its own distinct yet uninspiring brand image.

Our mandate was to transform the current portfolio into premier, first-choice facilities for all MO in-patient, sub-acute health needs by defining a striking brand system under a single name. Distinct tiers denote hospitality- and amenity-based facility levels. The result is a flexible brand system that showcases Polaris facilities’ cutting-edge amenities, holistic treatment, and elite care.
